VENDOR INFO

*IMPORTANT* Once you submit your information you will receive an email (the email you entered above). Please allow 5-7 days for us to respond before re-entering your information. If you are accepted you will receive a link to the vendor contract. Once the form is complete and payment has been received your spot is reserved. This is an outdoor non-refundable event. Your fee will be transferred to the make-up date event if the weather is bad. 

Green Farm
  • The vendor fee is $50 for an outdoor 12x12 tent spot or $75 for a cover spot under our pavilion (tent not needed). 

  • The vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. We use these fees to pay for advertising, signage, decoration and any else needed for the event.  

  • If the event has to be rescheduled due to the weather, and you cannot attend the vendor fee is still Non-refundable. 

  • Vendors must provide there own canopies, tables, chairs, etc.

  • You will be given a scheduled time frame to arrive. Please arrive at the time given to insure a smooth setup for everyone. 

  • ONLY 1 direct sale vendor per company will be accepted. 

  • HVF or their affiliates are NOT responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injuries incurred during the event.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering. Our events wouldn't be possible without you! Some of the volunteer activities include helping vendors, parking, bagging and carry pumpkins and mums, answering questions, and more! All of our volunteers will receive a free HVF t-shirt, access to all of our events and activities for the entire year for free (and up to 3 family members) and other free products depending on what event is taking place. Once we receive your information you will receive an email from us!
