*IMPORTANT* Once you submit your information you will receive an email (the email you entered above). Please allow 5-7 days for us to respond before re-entering your information. If you are accepted you will receive a link to the vendor contract. Once the form is complete and payment has been received your spot is reserved. This is an outdoor non-refundable event. Your fee will be transferred to the make-up date event if the weather is bad.

The vendor fee is $50 for an outdoor 12x12 tent spot or $75 for a cover spot under our pavilion (tent not needed).

The vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. We use these fees to pay for advertising, signage, decoration and any else needed for the event.

If the event has to be rescheduled due to the weather, and you cannot attend the vendor fee is still Non-refundable.

Vendors must provide there own canopies, tables, chairs, etc.

You will be given a scheduled time frame to arrive. Please arrive at the time given to insure a smooth setup for everyone.

ONLY 1 direct sale vendor per company will be accepted.
